After a couple of playoff-less seasons, New Orleans won its first 13 games last year. The Saints then ambushed Arizona in a divisional playoff game and beat th Minnesota Vikingsin OT to win the NFC championship, despite getting outgained by more than 200 yards. New Orleans then rallied to beat Indianapolis for its first Super Bowl title in the franchise's 43-year history. The Saints again led the NFL in total offense and ranked sixth in rushing at 132 YPG. The defense ranked 25th overall and 21st vs. the run, but New Orleans played with leads almost all season, so those numbers are a bit skewed.
