Chicago Bears Tickets for Sale

Chicago thought they had added the missing piece last year when they traded for QB Jay Cutler, and they fully expected to compete for the NFC North title. They responded well, starting 3-1, but lost eight of their next ten games as Cutler was a disaster, throwing a league-high 26 interceptions, many in crucial situations. Since losing Super Bowl XLI four seasons ago, Chicago is 23-25 and without a playoff appearance. The Bears ranked 23rd in the league last year in offense; 29th in rushing at just 93 YPG; 17th in defense; 23rd vs. the run; and 23rd in total yardage. This offseason, the Bears signed DE Julius Peppers and RB Chester Taylor, which helps them and hurts the Minnesota Vikings. They also brought in Rod Marinelli to run the defense and Mike Martz to juice up the offense. Chicago could use a healthy year from MLB Brian Urlacher, and Cutler should be better. But they might be playing with some pressure because, for Coach Smith's sake, they'd better get back to the NFL playoffs.
